2.2 Services provided by BENDI Media, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production, will be detailed in the client agreement.

2.3 Project timelines, deliverables, and revisions will be agreed upon prior to commencement. Any additional requests outside the scope may incur extra charges.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All content created by BENDI Media, including but not limited to videos, photographs, and designs, remains the intellectual property of BENDI Media until full payment is received.

3.2 Upon full payment, clients will receive a license to use the content for agreed purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of content is prohibited.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 All pricing and payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure the project.

4.2 Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final assets.

4.3 Late payments may incur additional fees or delay in project delivery.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds for deposits or fees will be determined based on the stage of the project and at BENDI Media’s discretion.

5.2 If BENDI Media cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, all deposits will be refunded, or alternative arrangements will be offered.

6. Liability

6.1 While we strive to deliver the highest quality work, BENDI Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

6.2 Clients are responsible for securing permissions and rights for locations, talent, or third-party materials involved in the project.

7. Privacy

7.1 BENDI Media respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Amendments

8.1 BENDI Media reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

8.2 Continued use of our website or services after amendments signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gold Coast, Queensland Australia.
